On September 1, 2025, Kat Wright, current President of Frownies, will retire after more than 25 years of steering the company’s direction with dedication, passion, and a commitment to wellness.
Founded in 1889, Frownies has been cherished for more than a century as the “original beauty-sleep secret,” offering innovative, effective skincare solutions that have empowered generations to look and feel their best. Over her tenure, Wright expanded the company’s reach while championing natural ingredients and solidifying its role as a trusted name in skincare. Her work has built upon Frownies’ heritage of simple, effective beauty solutions that provide an alternative to invasive cosmetic procedures—a tradition upheld by a loyal global following.
To carry forward the company’s mission, Helen Morrison has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Frownies. Morrison, the great-great-granddaughter of founder Margaret Krosen, proudly represents the fifth generation of women to lead the historic beauty brand.
