Redefining Plant-Based Beverages With Luxury And Wellness

Masuma Zahara Bukhari, founder of Sinsible Food, introduces Cardamom Sunset, a sustainable, dairy-free drink combining indulgence, health benefits, and Middle Eastern-inspired flavors. Launching December 2025, it targets premium UK retailers.

Masuma Zahara Bukhari, founder of Sinsible Food Ltd., is shaking up the plant-based beverage market with her innovative Cardamom Sunset drink. Designed for health-conscious consumers, this creamy, milkshake-textured almond and date drink combines indulgence with functionality, offering a unique option for those seeking clean-label, dairy-free refreshment.

Masuma, whose journey into the plant-based world began after going dairy-free for health reasons, identified a noticeable gap in the market for beverages that are not only healthy and free from refined sugar but also rich in flavour and nutrition. Her solution: the Cardamom Sunset, a drink crafted from just six natural ingredients — Medjool dates, almonds, peanuts, saffron, cardamom seeds, and sunflower lecithin. Each ingredient is carefully selected for its flavour profile and anti-inflammatory properties.

The result is a naturally sweet, protein-packed, fibre-rich beverage that is also brimming with antioxidants. Packaged in sustainable, recyclable glass bottles, Cardamom Sunset aligns luxury and wellness with a commitment to sustainability, offering an elevated drink that prioritises mindful living.

“I wanted to craft a drink that reflects mindful living — luxurious, clean, and full of ingredients chosen with intention. Sinsible is a product of exotic taste and refreshment without compromise,” says Masuma.

Pending organic certification, Sinsible Food is set to officially launch in December 2025, with availability planned in premium UK retailers including Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, Selfridges, and Planet Organic. With her Middle Eastern heritage as inspiration, Masuma aims to bring authentic flavours into the modern wellness space, embodying intentional living and minimalism.

For those curious to experience Cardamom Sunset firsthand, samples and interviews will be available at the Bread & Jam Christmas Party on 27 November, where Masuma will be sharing the vision and story behind Sinsible Food.

Sinsible’s debut marks the intersection of traditional flavours and health-centric innovation, redefining what it means to drink plant-based. Keep an eye on this delicious, sustainable alternative as it transforms the beverage landscape.
