This October, Jeff Salter, founder and CEO of Caring Senior Service, is set to share his insights on artificial intelligence (AI) at the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) conference, taking place on October 12 at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event, marking NAIPC’s first conference in over a decade, is themed “Age of Innovation” and aims to explore the role of AI and digital advancements in senior care.
In his presentation titled “Demystifying AI for Small Teams: Ways to Implement AI Without an IT Team,” Salter will discuss how home care agencies can harness AI effectively, even without dedicated IT resources. His session is scheduled from 10 to 10:45 a.m. and promises to offer practical strategies for integrating AI into everyday operations.
“While AI is still an emerging technology, its potential to assist in various functions is already becoming evident,” Salter noted. “At Caring Senior Service, we’ve started using AI to enhance client interactions and streamline our internal processes. For instance, we utilize Sensi AI for after-hours client care, where the technology monitors calls for anomalies and provides alerts with recommended actions.
